In 2009 the migrant football team Afro-Napoli United is founded in Naples with a mix of African, South American, second-generation Italians and Neapolitans. They play amateur tournaments in the northern outskirts of the city and they often win. Five years after the club was founded, the dream of founder and chairman Antonio came true: Afro-Napoli United was registered with the Italian Football Association (Figc), but this took sweat and tears and he clashed with the sporting bureaucracy and Italian legislation. .
