Lords of Lockdown plot

Concerned, unemployed migrant workers in Indian metropolises had no means of transport during the corona lockdown in 2020. They decided to return to their villages en masse on foot. As news outlets showed the millions of men, women and children walking heartbreakingly along the highway with their meager possessions, it became clear that the lockdown would be one of the most traumatic periods in the country's modern history.
