Les Maîtres du Tofu plot

Tofu has recently appeared on Western plates. Neutral in taste, it is eaten seasoned, boiled, or raw, as a dish, a side dish, or a dessert. A journey from China to Japan and Vietnam, past soybean fields, production workshops, and traditional markets, in search of tofu.
