Les Combattants de l'Ombre - Des Résistants Européens contre le Nazisme plot

In six episodes, partly thematic, partly chronological, a total of 67 witnesses from all over Europe tell how the resistance shaped their lives and how they themselves contributed to the river of European history. From 1939 to 1945, almost all of Europe moaned under the yoke of Hitler and his Third Reich. At the same time, in all those countries there were men and women who refused to submit to the barbaric dictatorship of Nazism. From Paris to Warsaw and from Athens to Copenhagen, people decided to resist the power of evil. They risk everything, often their own lives, to fight the occupiers.
