Les Années Déclic plot

In this autobiographical film, Depardon outlines his agricultural background and his professional development on the basis of his film and photo work. Two short films, a large number of photos and his own calm, precise narration take the viewer back in time, and offer an unusually intimate glimpse into Depardon's life. 'I'll stay a photographer, that's my family - maybe to better preserve my cinema. I'm going on a journey again, traveling is part of me, I'm leaving again to Africa, to Chad, to the Sahara, or elsewhere'.
