Le Système Poutine plot

Former KGB agent Vladimir Putin is now on the list of most authoritarian world leaders as current president of Russia. This film explores aspects of his personality and the strategic events that predestined him to get out of the wings and coldly and methodically build a system in which the former KGB and Putin's cronies privatize the state and monopolize the mass media. After the film shows that Putin already had a desire to join the KGB in school, we follow his political career through strategic promotions, all the way to the current preparations for the upcoming elections in 2008.
