La Scuola d'Estate plot

Far from civilization, in a renovated farmhouse in Umbria, 81-year-old theater legend Luca Ronconi leads an experimental drama school. A group of young, ambitious Italian acting talents come together for three weeks in the summer to rehearse a number of plays, free from deadlines or the obligation to actually perform them. The youngsters eat, study and sleep together - there is nothing else to do. Mobile phones have hardly any range, the only distraction is a short run. A few times a day there are the workshops of Ronconi, who freely shares his experience as a theater and opera director with his students.
