L'Isola delle Rose, la Tragedia di un Paradiso plot

The film is about the extermination of the Jewish community by the Nazis on the island of Rhodes and the tragedy of the Italian soldiers who did not join the Republic of Salò after September 8, 1943. Rebecca, together with her mother Erminia and other witnesses, defects. Samonà's history through the family events on the side of her mothers who, like her, were born in Rhodes. Moïse Rahmani, president of the European Sephardic Institute, will talk about the Jewish community, the deportation to the concentration camps, the survivors after the war in Congo and the 200 Italian Jewish families still living in Brussels.
