Kind van het Toeslagenschandaal plot

Documentary about one of the children of the benefits scandal, the now adult Jaïr. Jaïr's mother was labeled a fraudster in 2008. This is followed by a nightmare with bailiffs, social isolation and a flight to Belgium. He visits his old hometown of Delft and with his mother he looks back on the consequences of the benefits scandal for his family. And Jaïr confronts Dilan Yesilgöz with the stalled recovery surrounding the benefits scandal. All this in order to ultimately be able to process his personal suffering and dare to look ahead again.
