Juvenile Liaison 2 plot

Fifteen years after the doucmentary 'Juvenile Liaison' was banned by the government under pressure from the police officers portrayed, filmmakers Broomfield and Churchill returned to Lancashire. They sought out some of the now adult protagonists from the 1975 film to see how well the police program had worked. Had the juvenile delinquents of that time grown up to be good citizens or had the harsh treatment been for nothing? Interviews with some of them, including Glenn, the boy who stole a cowboy suit and was interrogated about it in a dark cell for a long time, are intersected with fragments from the original film.
