Ils Ne Mourraient Pas Tous mais Tous Étaient Frappés plot

Every week, in three hospitals in the Paris region, a psychologist and two doctors receive men and women whose work makes them sick. A factory worker, a home nurse, a store manager and the director of an agency…these four people take turns telling how their work makes them suffer, each within the unique framework of the company they work for. The three helpers listen patiently and little by little they make the connection between the individual inconveniences and the new organizational forms that characterize the work. Using the intimacy, intensity and truth of these apparently vulgar dramas, this documentary bears witness to the trivialization of pain in the world of working people.
