Il Pianeta in Mare plot

A look at the industrial world of Marghera, the mechanical heart of the Venice lagoon, which has not stopped beating for a hundred years. It is a world that is in the balance between an uneasy past and an uncertain future, where the workforce consists of more than sixty different nationalities. The camera wanders over places almost never explored before, such as the steel bellies of large ships under construction, the abandoned strongholds of a petrochemical plant, and the blast furnaces and chimneys of refineries.
