Idas Dagbok plot
High peaks and deep valleys. This consists of the life of the young Norwegian Ida Storm, who suffers from a borderline personality disorder and bears the marks on her body of serious forms of self-mutilation, from a period that she has now left behind. Years ago, using her phone or a simple HD camera, she began to record her life, resulting in a meticulous and unmercifully honest ego document. Through fragments from this video diary, the film follows her up to her 26th birthday.
