"The Life & Near Death Story of Patty Schemel"
'Hit So Hard' follows the life of Patty Schemel, the openly gay drummer of Courtney Love's promising rock band Hole. As a little girl, Patty always knew she was different from the other kids in the rural town outside of Seattle where she grew up. However, she never dreamed that one day her photo would be on the cover of a Rolling Stone. On the other hand, she has never considered that she can just lose everything again. A true survivor of the slacker generation, Patty, like her friend Kurt Cobain, has been plagued by a dark side.
