'Call Me Kuchu' tells the story of the life and death of Uganda's first openly gay man. At a time when an anti-homosexuality bill is pending in the Ugandan parliament, the film follows David Kato and three fellow activists. They document their daily lives and their courageous work to counter the persecution. Finally, the cruel and tragic murder happens that sends shockwaves across the world.
