Historia de un Día plot

Story of a Day begins as an observation of the quiet farming life somewhere in the Latin American countryside. The day begins. A woman fills in her eyebrows. A man shaves. The chickens are released, the goats are fed. There is hardly any talking, but the soundtrack develops into a subtle, rich combination of ambient sounds and added sounds. If the attention is then also shifted to other characters in other locations, the observation takes on the character of a contemplation.
