Hartstocht & Heimwee in Rotterdam plot

Call it passion, call it homesickness: the reconstruction of Rotterdam before 14 May 1940 was in any case made from pure emotion. This documentary tries to explain that. Thanks to the special effects, the viewer gets a particularly realistic picture of the Port City in the time when it still had a heart. The city still has a soul, however, and the film 'Passion & Homesickness in Rotterdam' also shows that.
