With a journey through the world of the Israeli upper class and politics, this is not only a guide to the revolution, but also a film about film and its essence. Using both fiction and non-fiction, a path to change is shown. The focus is on a film director and his producer and their fight to re-engage the public in public broadcasting. For seven years they are followed in their experiences with corruption, inflexibility and decline of the institutions they fight against.
