Frihed, Håb og Andre Synder plot

How do you survive? By forgetting? By remembering? This timeless question is still urgent for the three Syrian activists Yadan, Odai and Rani. Before the war they were law students, literature enthusiasts, volleyball champions. In 2012, Yadan crossed the Jordanian border, carrying a hard drive containing more than 12,000 videos shot by them and other citizen journalists in Daraa, the birthplace of the Syrian revolution. In this documentary, the old friends meet again for the first time, in an empty theater in Paris.
