Een Lijk in het Bos plot
On December 4, 2001, a man disappears. He is 37 years old and unmarried. He was supposed to have a blind date on the night of his disappearance, but he was last seen around 6 p.m. that night. Then a farmer's son, in a ditch near Dronten, finds a jacket containing a car key and a telephone. The police start an investigation and find the missing man on March 28, 2002 in a neatly dug grave in a forest. Henk Haalboom is seen as a suspect, he makes varying statements and is sentenced to 20 years in prison. But something is not right, because Henk never confessed to the murder. Now, years later, the murder case is still current: lawyer Geert-Jan Knoops is working on a review request for Henk Haalboom.
