Istanbul, the city of 15 million, can hardly catch its breath, let alone that an urban vision underlies the turbulent developments. Here the city is at the mercy of neoliberal developments and an increasing gap between rich and poor is emerging, which is also visible in the city. This documentary finally takes a critical look at the developments of the gateway between Asia and Europe. The traffic plans, including the third bridge over the Bosphorus, ecological problems and land speculation are discussed.
