Displaced plot

Young Belgian and Dutch Turks of the third generation are moving to Istanbul. They are all looking for a better life. Discrimination is an important reason to turn your back on Belgium or the Netherlands and seek happiness in Istanbul. Other reasons for moving are economic opportunities, the search for a home, an identity, the adventure and because they are attracted to the vibrant life of Istanbul. There, however, they come to realize that they are much more European than they thought.
