Dieu Sait Quoi plot

In this experimental film, everyday objects are filmed in a Provençal landscape, just like in Francis Ponge's poems. Fragments from those poems are recited by Michael Lonsdale accompanied by music by Antoine Duhamel. Gradually, a "silent world" unfolds that Francis Ponge called his "reason for living".
