Die Macht der Männer Ist die Geduld der Frauen plot

Addi is a young woman who does not have a happy marriage. She has been harassed by her husband for years, both verbally and physically. She gradually comes to realize that the situation is becoming untenable and that she must take her life into her own hands. In the end she comes to the conclusion that a refuge is her only way out; the impossibility for a single mother to rent a house has forced her to do so.
