Devochki plot
Cat, Svetka, Aleksa and Helly are teenage girls in Russia. They engage in typical Russian girls' entertainment: discussing which drink will give you the most alcohol for your money, climbing trees, hanging out in playgrounds, dancing and kissing with boys, trying to pierce navels yourself, experimenting with drugs. But they also talk about their ambitions in the bleak stairwells of the flats they inhabit.
