What is a border? Besides the frequent use and abuse of this word in our daily lives, a border is formed by the people who live there. This simple principle is the basis of Iván Castiñeiras’ debut, “Deuses de Pedra”. Told as an odyssey through time, the film introduces us to the people who live around the oldest border in Europe: the one between Spain and Portugal.
