Der Generalmanager oder How to Sell a Tit Wonder plot

In the late 1990s, the resourceful, enterprising and lively Martin Luigi Baldauf becomes manager of the French 'Breast Star' Lolo Ferrari. He leaves with her for a turbulent day, with a TV talk show, a disco event and a promotional appearance. When the Frenchwoman is at the peak of her career in 2000, she suddenly dies and Baldauf's main source of income has disappeared. So the former UN police officer goes all over Germany looking for a replacement for his Lola.
