The Netherlands' most talked-about cartoonist Theo van den Boogaard has never shied away from a subject. For years he has drawn free sex, pop music, drug use and homosexuality in a humorous way and in many different styles. Now he dares to fulfill his boyhood dream for the first time: to illustrate and sing 'Four Winters in a Row'.
