De Staart van de Leeuw plot

Director Gys Zevenbergen returns with his parents to Africa, the continent of his youth. After a forty-year career in development aid, his father wants to go into the field one more time. In an Ethiopian village, he tirelessly encourages people to tackle their own problems. But his wife who came along, who is now becoming lonely, sighs that he doesn't involve her in anything. Zevenbergen, who sees his image of his father slowly changing, follows the last journey with a keen eye.
