De Jaren Waarin Ik Niet Film plot
For her fourteenth birthday, Froukje van Wengerden receives a camera with a roll of black-and-white film. Fifteen years later, she finds those prints in the house where she grew up and sees the meadows of her youth, the landscape she misses. When she becomes a mother, she feels torn between delight and exhaustion, and days and nights become one. Time proves to be relative. The days last endlessly, the months fly by. Wandering through the same meadows, but now with children, the realization dawns that even if you are never alone again, you can still feel loneliness.
