De Eeuw van Simeon ten Holt plot

A documentary about the Dutch composer Simeon ten Holt, famous for his work Canto Ostinato. Ten Holt, born and died in Bergen (1923-2012), left behind an impressive oeuvre, with the Canto as the crown jewel. But his musical legacy extends further, with works such as the Soloduiveldansen and Incantatie IV. In the film, these pieces get the attention they deserve in performances by Hannes Minnaar, the Natalon Quartet and the Amstel Sax Quartet.
