Das Falsche Wort plot

A comprehensive account of the persecution of German Sinti by the Nazis, from the point of view of the gypsies themselves. The filmmakers investigated whether the Sinti in Germany were getting the 'wiedergutmachung' they deserve. In their search, they discovered material that had been hidden until then; collected and hidden by the perpetrators, with the intention of delaying or rather avoiding the refund as long as possible. In an attempt to reprove the perpetrators with this evidence, it turned out that the gypsies were still being blamed.
