Crónica de un Comité plot

"A crime that remains unpunished."

Manuel was watching a protest by Chilean workers demanding better working conditions with his disabled brother when a bullet from a former sergeant ended his life. The officer was convicted by a military court but released two months later. Family members and friends of Manuel, who formed a committee, are protesting against the impunity for the crime.
