"With Courage Comes Change"
Whistleblower documentary, in which twelve New York Police Department officers join forces and take on their bosses. They are suing the department for corruption, wrongful arrests and ethnic profiling. Although meeting an arrest quota was banned in 2010, it is still the standard within the NYPD that police officers meet to make "sufficient" arrests. For example, officers may be guilty of arresting all kinds of innocent people, often accompanied by ethnic profiling and violence.
