Cowboys in India plot

British journalist Simon Chambers, who also directed this self-relativistic travelogue, hopes to find an answer in India to an honest journalistic question: can a large industrial company help the local community through collective social responsibility? But those same locals would regret the day Chambers drove into their town. There in poor Orissa he first recruits a few guides, who seem to have little competence. During a mountain climb, they can't find the promised river water, the driver runs off and the remaining guides make excuses like leg and toothache not to have to work. Chambers's lightly humorous lament, interspersed with spaghetti western music, changes tone when he finds out that his guides make retreating movements for a reason...
