Coffee Beans for a Life - Mein Überleben in Kolbuszowa plot
Norman Salsitz alias Naftali Saleschütz was born in 1920 in the Polish village of Kolbuszowa. With the help of his neighbors, the Polish young man managed to survive the Second World War. After World War II, he emigrated to the United States. Some sixty years later, he decides to visit his hometown with his daughter and three grandsons. Full of details, he talks about his childhood and the horrors of the war, as he shows his daughter and grandsons around the Belzec concentration camp where almost everyone in his family has died. He also shows them the parental home where he grew up, the place where his father was shot and his grave.
