Cidadão Boilesen plot

'Henning Boilesen' seems a little obvious street name in exotic São Paulo. Who is Mr. Boilesen? The local residents do not know exactly, which is the reason for the film makers to investigate. They soon find out that the street is named after a businessman from Denmark, who was killed by soldiers in São Paulo in 1971. But why? The Dane's illustrious past is reconstructed on the basis of black-and-white archive footage and interviews with writers, psychologists, left-wing protest leaders and ex-servicemen.
