Chau, beyond the Lines plot

'Agent Orange' was a chemical weapon that the United States used during the Vietnam War to deprive the Vietnamese army, which was hiding in the jungle, of their food and safety. Decades later, the teenage Chau, who has been disabled as a result of this weapon, is forced to live in a care facility. His arms and legs are not functioning properly. Chau nevertheless dreams of becoming a professional artist. Many tell him it's impossible, but Chau keeps trying.
