Cause Commune plot

At the end of 2009, some forty Roma in dilapidated caravans arrived in Indre, a village on the banks of the Loire. The mayor decides to end what he calls "the hot potato policy" and refuses to send them away too. Can he count on the support of the other representatives and the inhabitants of Indre?
