Bons Baisers de la Colonie plot

Suzanne was born in 1926 from the relationship of a Belgian colonial official and a Rwandan woman. When she is four years old, her father puts her on a boat to Belgium to obtain a European upbringing. Thus she is one of the many children who were then described in the better classes as "metis children saved from a Negro destiny".
