Best Boy plot

Filmmaker Ira Wohl follows the life of his cousin Philip (Philly) and his parents who live with him. Philly has an intellectual disability and is now 50 years old. His parents don't have a long life ahead of them and Ira tries to make it clear to his cousin that he will have to live on his own. His parents are mentally incapable of letting him go.
