Beneath the Surface plot

Beneath a beautiful lake in Transylvania lies the ruins of a Hungarian community. Five different religions lived here in peace for centuries, with mutual respect. Expelled by Ceausescu's policies, many of them have ended up in different countries and social classes. The survivors organize an annual reunion in a fruitless attempt to convey their values to the younger generations.
