Bella! plot

Documentary about the life and political career of Bella Abzug (1920–1998). In the 1970s, she fought against the male-dominated status quo in America. She was determined to become the first female mayor of New York, but faced opposition from both the political right and the left. The film features, among other things, newly unearthed archival material, audio from diaries, and interviews.
