The 2011 presidential election was the second free election since the Democratic Republic of Congo's independence in 1960. Offering a unique inside look, this documentary follows Gaylor, a pastor, who sells his services to the highest-paying candidate. He takes care of advertising in the street, mobilizes musicians for a campaign song. But Gaylor constantly comes face to face with a disaffected population. Filmmaker Diedonne Hamadi follows Gaylor closely in the run-up to election day. The atmosphere is charged. The anger of the population at their poverty determines the final polls, the elections end in chaos. Gaylor is left disillusioned and disappointed.
