Arlette: Mut Ist ein Muskel plot

Arlette (15) temporarily exchanges her residence in the Central African Republic for the medical mill in Berlin. After the girl suffered a knee injury at the hands of rebels years ago, a German benefactor has decided to pay for her much-needed surgery. The teenager is terrified, does not speak a word of German and does not know anyone in this European country. But she goes. The brave girl is followed closely without comment. At first, she hides behind her headphones, seemingly resigned to accepting all the help. But during her culture shock she also discovers the wonder of snow, the strange food and new confidants.
