Aqui No Hay Tren plot
Director Stef Biemans takes his father on a trip along the lost train tracks of Nicaragua. Since 1993, following a government decision, there has not been a single train in the Central American country. All that remains are the former station buildings and the people who once worked at the railway. They tell what work they did, where exactly the train ran and what the train looked like. Biemans and his father, who lives and works in Nicaragua, also encounter many people with an unusual story on their nostalgic journey, such as the couple who have been married for sixty-two years and have twenty-two children.
