An African Election plot

Ghana, 2008. Twenty-eight days before the first presidential election in eight years. The battle is between the conservative NPP and the left-wing NDC. How will Ghana deal with the election campaign and the outcome? People are divided between hope and fear: won't the elections cause a lot of riots and conflict? Everyone has an opinion about the future: political pundits, journalists, a stand-up comedian. They all agree that Ghana should set a good example in these elections, so that Africa is no longer seen as 'retarded'.
