Along Came Kinky... Texas Jewboy for Governor plot

Musician and writer Kinky Friedman is followed here in his efforts to break through the bipartisan politics in Texas and become an independent governor. But as soon as he is allowed to participate in the elections, things quickly go downhill. One time he is tired and grumpy, the next he is wrongly seen as a racist and his way of debating is nothing to write home about.
