Since the murder of Dr. George Tiller in Kansas in 2009, there are only four doctors in the United States who perform abortions after the 28th week of pregnancy. These doctors, all colleagues of Dr. Tiller, sacrifice their safety and personal lives in the name of their fierce, unwavering belief in helping women.
