For decades, abortion has been allowed in the United States, but many states make it very difficult for women to have abortions. In Missouri, only one clinic remains in operation in the entire state, and once there, women have to go through a long wait. This documentary focuses not so much on the societal discussion about abortion, but on the personal stories of the women dealing with unplanned pregnancies, the health care staff and activists on both sides of the discussion.
